Balancing Point | Spring Equinox

Join us for a transformative evening as we celebrate these potent times and the Spring Equinox. Honoring the sacred balance of day and night, masculine and feminine, light and dark - this special gathering invites you to find balance within yourself.
We will be sharing a powerful blend of sacred forest cacao, movement, breath and sound expertly guided by Nikki and Jeff.
As the sun sits at the beginning of a new season, we will begin the evening sipping cacao, grounding within ourselves and connecting in community with this heart medicine and the support of a micro or mini dose of Los Ninos Santos (please inquire jeff@breatharmy.com if you are new to this medicine) as we open our hearts to the possibilities available during this potent season of awakening and rebirth.
Somatic movement and practices, along with dance will guide us into a deep, conscious connected breathing session followed by an exquisite sound journey with bowls, gongs and ocean drum to open and integrate the next version of you that you will carry into this new cycle.
As the energy of the equinox settles within us, we’ll leave feeling renewed, centered, and connected to the sacred balance of Life.

Ayurveda is the oldest system of healing known to humankind, dating back over 5000 years. Originating from the knowledge of the Vedas (ancient texts of India), it is a holistic medical system that offers natural remedies and lifestyle practices that can be tailored to the individual. In this introductory course, we will learn how to incorporate Ayurveda through daily practices known as Dinacharya. These routines help us align with the rhythms of nature, detox and nourish the body and mind.
In this offering you will receive:
- An introduction to Ayurvedic medicine, the elements, the gunas and the doshas.
- Ayurvedic self-care techniques for the five senses.
- Natural, affordable, effective self-care practices.
- Reference materials to get you started on your Ayurvedic journey.

Participants should wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring a towel. Please wear items and bring a towel that you don't mind getting oily.
