Louise was first drawn to yoga purely for the physical aspect. It was to mend and strengthen her aching body from constantly physically exerting herself with high intensity sports. What she did not realize at the time was that this would be one of the things that would flip her whole world upside down and put her on this amazing path of self-discovery. In June 2014, she completed her 200 YTT with Julia McCabe in Pemberton BC then a 100 HR Yoga Anatomy - Prevention & Therapy training with Julia in May 2018. She has recently completing her 300 HR Advanced Yoga training with Erin Evans & Lydia Zamorano in Canmore, AB. Through her training she has developed a belief in alignment and integrity in one's practice to ensure a long lasting practice. She understands that there is no one-size-fits-all, and loves to let her spicy personality shine through with thoughtful, fun, and heart filled classes.
